"They basically gave my whole house a second life."
I hired Capital City Properties to flip an older home I inherited, and I honestly didn’t know where to start. These guys handled everything—from the roof to the kitchen and even the floors. The place was falling apart when I first called, but now it looks brand new. They kept in touch throughout the process and worked faster than I expected. I'm still amazed at the transformation. Highly recommend for full remodels!

"My floors have never looked this good."
We needed all new flooring after a plumbing issue ruined our old ones, and I was nervous about picking the right company. Capital City Properties made the whole thing stress-free. They helped us choose a style that matched our home, and the crew was super friendly. The floors are sturdy, beautiful, and easy to clean—which matters with three kids running around. I’d definitely use them again.

"Professional, clean, and got it done right."
We had Capital City Properties come out to extend our driveway and fix some cracked concrete out back. Not only did they do a solid job, but they cleaned up after themselves too, which I really appreciated. The concrete work looks smooth and even, and it’s holding up great even with all this rain. We’ve already talked to them about coming back to help with a patio area. They’re the real deal.
